Built to carry your main feed

Feed import failing — Pinecraft Home
The store feed could not be downloaded (HTTP 503). Your ads keep running on the last successfully imported products.

If something breaks, your ads keep running

The feed the ad networks read is a file on Amazon AWS’s global CDN, not a server

Google, Meta and every other channel fetch your feed from Amazon CloudFront, the AWS content delivery network with edge locations around the world. A new version only replaces the old one once it has been built in full. So the worst case is a feed that is a few hours old, never a feed that is missing.

A failed import changes nothing

If your store feed is unreachable or arrives broken, the last good feed stays exactly where it was. You get an error on your dashboard with the reason and an email, and you can hand it to Aimée to investigate.

Monitors hold a bad publish

Set a check on what matters to you, like the product count dropping sharply or most products going out of stock. When it trips, the publish is held, the previous feed stays live, and the people you name get an email.

Years without an outage

The platform has run for years without a service outage. The stack is serverless and built to always just work, and the parts that serve your ads are the most robust of all.

Your data lives in the EU, backed up every day

Renable is a Swedish company and your data stays in Europe. Everything runs in Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany, fully serverless on AWS-managed services from the database to the CDN, scaled automatically with the workload. There are no servers of our own to patch or keep alive.

Backups
The database is backed up automatically every day and can be restored to any point in the last 14 days. The last good copy of every store feed we fetched is kept for 30 days.
Encryption
All traffic to and from Renable is encrypted, and so are the feeds and files we store for you.
Your data is yours
Your product data is used to run your account and nothing else. It is never sold or shared.
AI providers
High-volume work like image cutouts and product classification runs on our own models. For writing and generating media, Aimée uses the leading AI models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, with Replicate for specialist image and video models.

Nothing about your feed changes without a person saying so

Rules, templates and channel settings are edited as drafts, whether a colleague or Aimée made the change. Nothing reaches the live feed until someone on your team publishes it. Every version is kept, so yesterday is always one click away.

Generated content can be quality-checked before it ships. Then what Aimée is confident in goes out, and the exceptions wait for you. Content you have approved and locked is never overwritten. Read more on the Trust page.

The company behind it answers to its customers, not to investors

Renable was founded in 2018 in Gothenburg, Sweden. The company is profitable, carries no debt and has taken no outside funding. It is owned by three people, one of them the CTO who built the platform.

That means no runway to worry about, no pivot forced by a board, and no exit on the horizon that changes who you are dealing with. We make money when your feeds run well, and that is the whole business.

Need help? An answer in seconds, and people behind it

Aimée knows the whole product and can see and change everything you can see in your account. Most of the time, asking her is faster than filing a ticket: she explains what happened, fixes the setup as a draft, and shows you before anything goes live.

For everything else there is the help center and support@renable.com, answered during European business hours by the people who build the platform.

Move over one channel at a time, with no gap

Your current tool keeps serving its feed while Aimée rebuilds your setup in Renable as drafts. You compare the two on real products, then point one channel at the new feed. Then the next. The ad networks never notice a thing.

Questions we hear from marketing teams

Can we keep our current tool running while we move?
Yes, and we recommend it. Keep the old feed live on every channel until you have compared it with the Renable feed on real products. Move one channel when you are happy with it, and the rest when you are ready.
What happens to our ads if our store feed breaks?
Nothing. The last successfully imported products stay in the published feed, and your ads keep running on them. You get an error on your dashboard with the reason and an email, and you can ask Aimée to look into it.
Are we locked in?
No. The feed Renable publishes is a standard product feed in the format each channel expects. Your channels point wherever you tell them to, today and later.
Who can see our product data?
The people you invite to your account, and the Renable team when you ask for help. It is never sold or shared.
