TikTokCatalog ads that look like TikToks, not ads

Renable turns your product feed into vertical ads that feel native to TikTok. A real review quote on screen, a distinct video for every product, copy and voiceover in each market’s language. Then it publishes the catalog feed TikTok reads.

Reviews are the native formatPut your customers’ words on screen

Most feeds carry a pack shot on white, a spec-code title and a description nobody wrote for a shopper. On TikTok, a customer’s own words read like the platform, and a polished pitch reads like an interruption. So Renable leads with the review, not the sell.

Connect Trustpilot, Bazaarvoice, TestFreaks, Yotpo, or any Google review XML feed. Aimée reads each product’s reviews, scores her confidence in every quote, and animates the most quotable line into that product’s ad. The stars and the count are bound per product, so the social proof renders itself across the whole catalog.

A vertical video for every product

TikTok is a video feed, and a still gets scrolled past. Design one vertical template and Renable renders a video per product, with its footage, price and review score bound from its own data and a voiceover in each market’s language.

No vertical footage? Generate it

Most catalogs have studio shots on a grey sweep and nothing that moves. Renable turns the shot into a moving scene, and the template lays the price, headline and review on top. Every clip on this page started as a still you already have.

Diagnostics

“Why aren’t my products showing in my TikTok catalog?”

When products go missing, the reason is almost always buried in the feed, and TikTok won’t tell you which one. Renable catches it first, names the exact products, and Aimée drafts the fix. You review it and publish. Here is what it usually is:

Missing a required field
TikTok requires a brand on every catalog product, and these have none. Renable warns you before the feed goes out, and Aimée drafts the rule that fills it.
214 products
An image TikTok won’t accept
Too small, wrong ratio, or text baked in. The warning names the products, and the image classifier keeps infographics out of the image field.
37 products
Reads as out of stock
A wrong or missing availability value reads as unavailable, so TikTok stops delivering it. Aimée finds the value and extends the rule that maps it.
Excluded by a rule (working as intended)
An exclude rule dropped it on purpose. Sold out, discontinued, a brand you don’t advertise. Ask Aimée and she says so, so it never looks like a fault.
Some products are missing “brand”
214 of 842 products in “TikTok” have no “brand” value, e.g. Trail Runner 300. “brand” is required by TikTok.

Why are 214 products missing a brand?

Your feed has no brand column. The 214 are your own-label products, and their maker sits in the manufacturer column as “Sportgear Own Label”. I’ve drafted a rule that fills brand from manufacturer, and sets Sportgear where it says Own Label.

SetupTwo markets, two languages, one afternoon

Tell Aimée which markets and she drafts a vertical template in your look, a voiceover spoken in each market’s language, and a TikTok channel per market with a video on every product. You look over the drafts and publish. No studio day, no translator.

Renable hosts each feed at its own fixed URL. Paste it into TikTok Catalog Manager, and from then on new products and price changes ride the next fetch.

Renable builds the feed and the creative. TikTok runs the campaigns

What Renable controls is that TikTok gets the best possible version of every product. A clean feed, a vertical video, real review quotes, copy checked against your data.

Budgets, targeting, bidding and delivery stay in TikTok Ads Manager. There is no “boost” button in Renable, just the material your ads are built from.

Renable is priced per feed item, and the TikTok channel, the video and the review quotes are on every plan. See the plans

TikTok ads, answered

How do I run catalog or product ads on TikTok?
Renable publishes your catalog as a hosted feed at a stable URL. Paste that URL into TikTok Catalog Manager once and TikTok reads your products from it, video, images, prices and review quotes included. Hand Aimée the feed and she builds the channel.
Do I need a TikTok Shop?
No. Catalog Ads send shoppers to your own site, and the feed Renable publishes is what they run on. If you sell through TikTok Shop, those campaigns run as GMV Max as of mid-2026, and GMV Max draws on the Shop’s own products, not this feed.
Will TikTok reject AI-generated video?
TikTok asks for AI-generated content to be disclosed in Ads Manager, as of mid-2026. A generated scene or an AI voiceover is exactly that, so mark it when you set up the ad.
Can I keep my existing TikTok catalog?
Yes, as a parallel run. TikTok has no supplementary feed and no catalog import, so connect the feed behind your current catalog as a source and publish a Renable TikTok channel beside it. Compare the two, then point TikTok at the Renable feed when you are happy.
Does Renable manage my TikTok campaigns or budget?
No. The campaign, the budget and the bids stay in TikTok Ads Manager, and so does TikTok’s own review of every ad. What changes is what the review sees: a clean feed and a finished video for every product.
How fresh is the feed?
Renable re-imports your data roughly every hour, so prices and stock stay current. TikTok fetches the feed URL on the schedule you set in Catalog Manager.
What does it cost?
30 free days on the 500-feed-item plan, video and review quotes included. After that a flat price per feed item your rules keep, no percentage of ad spend, unlimited seats. If 100 feed items is all you need, switch down to the Free plan before day 31. See pricing for the full ladder.
