Pricing FAQ

  • You will then get a notice from the system with an option to upgrade to a pricing Tier that is more suitable for you number of products

  • A product that has a unique ID will count as one product, this normally includes “variants”. This is because things like product data (content, price) may differ, which affects ad copy and image generation.

  • The total number of products is calculated as the sum of the items in all the product feeds that you import to our platform. For instance, if you have 5.000 products in your inventory and are selling your products on 2 markets, for instance in France and United Kingdom, you would normally have 2 product feeds, one per market. If both feeds contain all the 5.000 products, then your total product count is 2 x 5.000 = 10.000.

  • Employ catalog subsets (“product sets”)

    If you have a large product catalog that simply becomes too expensive for you to use in full with our platform, you can limit the number of products that are processed (enriched) by using our product subset feature (similar to Meta’s “product sets“). You can access this functionality in the product management page. Here you can create subsets of your full catalog. These subsets can be created either by manually selecting products to be added to a subset, or you can use dynamic filters which will build your product subset based on your defined rules. If you have connected your account to your Google Analytics, our system will automatically create a product subset with only your most popular products.

    These subsets often produce very good results in dynamic ads prospecting campaigns.

    Be careful to not cause repeated unecessary product processing.

    The various features in our platform consumes computing power, which is our cost. Some features, like GPT prompting and video generation require a lot of computing power , and are thus more expensive for us to run. Our Pricing Tiers have been set generously, based on a reasonable usage of all features for each Tier’s number of products. However, repetitive and extended misuse of our platform will cause significant overspending, which may, in worst cases, block further product processing for your account. If that happens, you will be notified.

    To avoid this, please use these practices:

    Image / Video templating:

    Don’t tie an unfinished template to an export Channel that process all your products. Instead finish your template first. Then, when you are happy with your template, you can go ahead and tie it to an export Channel.

    Videos

    Video generation consumes a lot of proceccing power. In addition to the above advice, we also advise you to consider generating videos for a subset of your full catalog. For instance, create a channel that targets a limited dynamic product set, perhaps only your popular products.

    GPT Promps

    GPT prompting is a great feature for some cases and indeed very fun to use! However, it does consume considerable amounts of computing power. The good news is that GPT Prompting is rarely needed, because we have in-house AI models that generate great ad copy from your product descriptions and reviews at a much lower cost. These in-house models should be your first choice in all scenarios, and only activate GPT prompts when they are absolutely needed.

  • During the trial you have full access to all features, which means you can use our platform without any other limitations than the limit of 25 imported products.

  • When you sign up, you instantly get access to our platform. You will be guided through the setup process, which includes setup of import feed, selection of image template to start from, and all necessary assets will be created for you. You can then continue with the exploration of our platform and make customizations to your image templates, manage your product content, generate ad copy and export Channels.

  • You will continue to have access to your account, however unless you subscribe to a paid plan, you will lose access to our platform’s features and all data processing will end for your products.

  • Yes, you can easily cancel your subscription from your account. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to all features until the end of the billing cycle. If you want to restart your subscription in the future, you can do so by logging to your account and reactivating your subscription.

  • We use Stripe as payment provider and we accept credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  • You can choose between paying monthly or annual basis. Annual payments automatically give you a rebate of 20% on all plans.

  • Any ad network that supports data product feeds can be used with our platform. We have predefined product feed templates for all the major ad networks (Meta, Google etc), but you can also create completely custom feeds in any format.
