According to a recent study by “Winterberry group” most Digital Marketeers are driven by following facts:

  1. Almost 70% see their customers to demand and expect that a brand shall deliver personalized “always-on” marketing services, as their prime fact to implement data-driven marketing.
  2. Secondly almost 50% see the growing emphasis on measurability and accountability in an organizations all marketing activities. Driven by top-management requirements to better and more clearly understand the results in digital marketing activities.
  3. General desire to be more customer centric and offer a personalized experience.
  4. Increased competition and access to data means better and more efficient marketing activities can be provided.
